Bug or Update?

Hey guys!

Today while on my twitter account I saw a few penguins saying that instead of saying, "recycle" when you want to recycle your mail it now says, "recyclin" As of right now this "bug" is just happening to a few penguins. Could that change? Or is it a real update from Club Penguin?
