New Herbert Cam in HQ

Since the Great Snow Race party is now over.

Club Penguin has installed a new "Herbert Cam" in the HQ. This way we can watch Herbert all the time in the EPF HQ!

What do you guys think about this? I think Club Penguin did this for a good reason.
